• Regulatory Assistance- tracks developing state and federal regulations and schedules, prioritizes public agency response, and drafts technical comment letters to state and EPA.
• Utility Plan Review- assists public agencies in review of proposed development/redevelopment, including review of water, sewer, storm drains, and food facility (FOG) utilities.
• Technical Analysis and Report Writing- provides analysis and writes reports for a myriad of water quality, utility, and environmental issues.
• Extension-of-Staff- I have served as temporary extension-of-staff for several public agency utility departments to help provide support and fill in gaps while they recruit and hire full-time employees, on a part-time basis.

Clients

I work exclusively with public agencies and associations. Current clients include Bay Area Pollution Prevention Group (BAPPG)/Bay Area Clean Water Association (BACWA), California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA), City of Palo Alto, and City of Sacramento/Sacramento River Source Water Protection Program (SRSWPP).
